All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse to your door.
Will my order's arrive at once?
If you’ve ordered a larger item or multiple products, your order may arrive in separate packages and at different times depending on which warehouse your items are dispatched from.
What if my item arrives damaged?

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select trusted manufacturing partners to ensure every item meets our standards for quality, durability, and fair value.
Can I request a product not listed on your website?

If we already stock items from that brand or manufacturer, there’s a higher chance we can source it and add it to the store.
